The  seventh Royal Naval Hospital Plymouth re-union will take place on Friday 01 and Saturday 02 October 2010. You are invited to attend one or both of the evenings at the Holiday Inn Armada Way Plymouth.

 

The hotel is offering a rate of £89.00 per room for 01 and 02,you must book direct with the hotel not central booking.Tel:0871 942 9130

 

Friday will be an informal gathering in the Mariner suite 1900 to 2300. (Well attended and time for a good gossip and update on past and present oppo’s )

Saturday will be the dinner and disco also in the Mariner suite.

 

The evening will consist of a three-course meal with half a bottle of wine. The disco will then follow.

Dress is smart casuals.

Timings: 1930 for 2000 (bar will be opened at 1900 till 1945, then 2000 till 0100)

 

The cost will be £38.00 per person of which £18.00 is a non-refundable deposit.

The deposit is required by Monday 17th May 10 the remainder by Monday 20th September10.

There will be no refund after Sunday 26th September 10.

Commando Medical Branch Ranks/Ratings be advised the AGM will be in RMB on Sat 02 Oct 10.

You will be advised by COMBA nearer the time.

 

The dinner is limited to 330 persons, so will be on a “first come first serve basis” Places can only be reserved with the correct deposit (£18.00)

There will be a seating plan with 10 per table. Please make sure the person you ask to sit with is not already sitting elsewhere.  You may spread the cost as long as the deposit is paid and the remainder on time.
